This is an example patient lookup web application. Use either of the three search methods to locate a patient record to display.

To search for a record by name, use the left-most search list. You can begin typing a few letters in the input area and the first listing that matches will automatically be filled in, or just select from the drop-down listing. When the desired record is located, click the 'Go' button.

The other two search lists are for locating records by a Medical Record Number or Social Security Number and function the same way.

Pressing the 'Display Census' button at any time will display a census summary of the nursing stations.

This sample application demonstrates the capability of accessing AS/400 (or any other ODBC/OLE DB compliant) based data for easy access from an internal Intranet, or for secured access world-wide via the Internet using a standard browser.

This is especially useful for clients who need access to host data without the necessity for specialized software, setup, and training.
